Staying Focused Through The Highs And Lows

As entrepreneurial-minded individuals, our Richard Allen Inc team likes to be in charge and in control. However, there is one thing that not even the most veteran business leader can take charge of – time. The minutes tick by no matter what, and the last thing we want to do is waste a single moment, so staying focused is imperative. It’s already April, but it feels like we were just welcoming in the new year yesterday. Time goes by quicker than we think. If you’re like us and have big goals set for 2023 that match your high standards, then you know firsthand how crucial it is to keep your head in the game through every high and low you encounter. We hope that these tips set you on a path to success!

Eliminate Distractions And Rely On A Routine

Being structured is a surefire way to improve productivity and prevent your mind from wandering. It’s 2023, and getting lost on your phone is a poor habit we all battle. Taking a five-minute break can easily turn into a wasted hour. Instead of allowing poor habits to control you, eliminate them altogether by having a daily work routine. While your tasks may shift, when you’re in work mode and when you step away should be identical daily. Doing so will train your brain to stay focused when you need it the most!

Get More Sleep

What’s one way to allow complacency to take over? Sleep deprivation. Don’t be one of those people who brag about how they can thrive off of 4 hours of sleep; you should be getting at least seven. Your brain needs a chance to rest and reset. By depriving yourself of this necessity, you are more likely to handle failure and setbacks worse than you usually would. Hitting roadblocks is a given in any career, and staying level-headed and focused throughout is important. So create a routine at home that has you in bed, without technology, at a reasonable hour!

Don’t Settle For Short-Term Gains

What’s the point of being focused all the time? The only way to achieve your long-term goals is to sharpen your daily habits today! We understand how challenging it can be not to give in to short-term gains; they’re appealing and provide such satisfaction. But that’s not what you’re working so hard for. Keep your vision for your future at the front of your mind. Then, nothing can stop you from zeroing in on what needs to be accomplished!

You’re probably wondering why we’re talking about staying focused during the highs and lows. It’s because so many people only focus on maintaining a strong mindset when you’re struggling, but what can be equally detrimental is getting too confident and losing focus when you’re on top of the world. Have a consistent mindset focused on what you want for your future because success is born from strong mentalities!

Our Richard Allen Inc team wishes you all the best as you work towards great success this year!

Embrace Your Journey – Advice to Recent Graduates

“That clock you hear is the sound of your own heart. Sink your teeth into this life, and don’t let go.” – Lin-Manuel Miranda

How many times in the past six months has someone given you life advice? As you kickstart your career post-graduation, the noise from others will only grow louder. The most challenging part will be to point out the pieces you want to take to heart from those that don’t match your reality. Today, our team at Richard Allen Inc is sharing tips on embracing your journey, and all that awaits you. While we know you’re most likely tired of listening to everyone’s opinions, we think you’ll be surprised by what we have to say.

To start, we want to remind you whose life you are living. You have graduated from college; that is a monumental achievement, and you get to decide your next steps. Not your parents, not your advisors, YOU. Throw their ideas for your future in the trash and start thinking about what would make you truly happy. If you want to pursue a career that matches your major, do it! If you would rather take a risk and apply to positions in a field that excites you but doesn’t match your credentials exactly, then we encourage you to do so! You only have one life. You may as well spend it discovering what you love.

While your journey is your own, we do recommend leaning on others. The upcoming months are going to be full of obstacles you’ve never experienced before. Instead of tackling them alone, surround yourself with support. Your circle could include a mentor working in your desired career field, peers from school, your next-door neighbor, etc. As long as these people are supportive, encouraging, and helpful, they will help you achieve your goals, and that’s what matters! Don’t fly solo because you’re too proud to ask for help. Success requires a team effort, as does getting your foot in the door.

Our last piece of advice is the most difficult. Your journey will not be identical to your peers, which is okay. Don’t compare your life to others. All that will do is make you feel inadequate. Run your own race and embrace your own journey. It doesn’t matter if you land the perfect job a week out of school or three months later. What’s vital is that you are using every available moment to learn, grow, and sharpen your skills!

Who knew time could move so quickly? You’ve spent the past four years, or better yet, the past seventeen years, wishing for this moment. Well, it’s here. How do you feel? If you answered nervously, then you’re on track. It can be scary not knowing what’s to come but take it from us at Richard Allen Inc; when you face what frightens you most, you achieve what you could never have dreamed!

Best of luck as you take these next steps, and congratulations!

Being the Best Version of You Amid a Pandemic

“When I was a boy, and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, ‘Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.’”

In high-stress situations, an individual will do one of two things. They will either rise to the challenge or fail. Here at Richard Allen Inc, we aren’t big fans of failure. So, instead of allowing the COVID-19 pandemic to defeat us, we stepped up and began focusing more on self-development than ever. Being the best version of yourself is not an easy feat, and it requires self-discipline and sacrifice. These past 2 years have been trying, but when we look at our team members’ resilience, we know that once this crisis has subsided, we will be stronger than we were when it began. To help you all find your balance in this chaotic world we are currently living in, we are sharing three pieces of crucial advice!

Focus on what you can control. There is no point in wasting valuable time focusing on things that are out of your control. We had no power over the order to go into quarantine. Instead of stressing about this, we temporarily shut our office doors and moved all our training and developmental meetings online. You see, over the years, we have learned that there is always a workaround. If we can’t meet up as a team face-to-face, then we’ll utilize Zoom! When you focus on what you CAN control, you are more likely to stay grounded and committed.

When you begin to struggle, as you inevitably will, seek support. Here at Richard Allen Inc, we believe that thriving through a pandemic is a team effort, and although your mentor has never dealt with a challenge like this before, they are comfortable in high-stress situations. Allow them to be in your corner throughout this crisis. Success, in the best of times, is a team effort. Why would things be any different now? Your people care about you and want to help; let them! Being the best version of yourself is knowing when to release the reins and let someone else guide you for a while.

We know this may be strange to hear, but our last piece of advice is to be grateful. You are healthy, and that is what matters at the end of the day. We are living in an uncertain and scary world right now. You must look for the silver lining. Tomorrow is a new day, and who knows what it will bring. Don’t focus one hundred percent on your worries. Instead, think of all of the things going great for you and how the next 24 hours could bring even more triumphs!               When this pandemic first landed in the United States, we didn’t know what to expect. Even now, we realize that we have no idea how long we will be battling this virus. However, for our team here at Richard Allen Inc, we refuse to allow things out of our control to hold us back. We are focusing on becoming the best versions of ourselves, and in time, we know that our dedication to our growth will pay off!

Mentorship Qualities

Whether or not you realize it, everyone is a role model to someone. When you decide to take it one step further, you become a mentor. Here at Richard Allen Inc, we believe that mentorship is vital when developing our team members. A solid mentoring relationship provides new employees and interns with professional knowledge and expertise. Over the years, we have discovered what qualities drive a positive mentor-mentee relationship towards their goals. Continue reading as we let you in on our success and the traits we believe are most important when developing someone into the best version of themselves.

Effective Communication

Effective communication means dropping the daily acronyms, buzzwords, and the assumption mindset. Directing someone towards their goals requires clear and direct guidance. By delivering messages clearly, there is no room for misunderstanding or alteration of messages, which decreases the potential for miscommunication, resulting in less conflict. Learning to master effective communication will increase engagement, improve productivity, and build a stronger relationship between you and your mentee.

Compassion & Authenticity

When you demonstrate compassion and authenticity, you will open the doors to active communication. Mentees are typically newer individuals in a specific field or industry searching to build connections. Compassion gives us the ability to understand someone else’s situation while holding the desire to take action to improve their lives. Here at Richard Allen Inc, we encourage our team members to exhibit praise often, especially when providing a critique. Consider a “compliment sandwich,” which involves pointing out what action they performed correctly, the critique, and ending with encouragement on how their displayed skills will get them to their goal.

Interest in Lifelong Learning

The best mentors don’t just excel in their industry; they live for their industry. There’s a saying that echoes off the walls here at Richard Allen Inc, “if you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room.” When a mentor manifests a student mentality, the energy radiates to the population around them. There will always be someone more experienced to hear from, new books to read, and resources overly available with personal and professional knowledge that lift individuals to the next level. By conveying this frame of mind, you and your team will become unstoppable.

Honesty & Transparency

Successful mentors guide their mentees through thick and thin. This implies having those tough conversations at all levels of difficulty—building upon the practical communication point, and it’s critical to understand how your mentee takes criticism and council. Communicate your advice in a way that shows transparency and your honest approach to helping them reach their goals.

In conclusion, whether you’re a mentor or a mentee, these qualities will ensure your development and growth on both levels. Remember to stay professional while also building a solid bond between the both of you. Understand the objective of your relationship and set clear goals with a timeline. Here at Richard Allen Inc, we are confident that these qualities will assemble your future in a positive light. For more advice, read our previous blogs and follow us on YouTube: @RichardAllenInc.

Preparing for Life After Graduation

If you’re preparing to graduate from college this upcoming May, you’ve most likely got a lot on your plate. Between wrapping up the last few weeks of classes and saying goodbye to the life you’ve led for the past four years, preparing for your post-graduation career is most likely sitting on the back burner. However, take our team here at Richard Allen Inc’s advice. The job market is hot right now. If you want to have any hope of landing a dream position, you have to start applying NOW!

So, what should you do first?

Create an eye-catching resume

Step one is to create a resume. Again, the job market is booming at the moment. You’re going to want your resume to stand out and be top-of-the-pile worthy. To achieve this, you need to keep your resume to one page, use a standard font, list your most recent achievements, and include a picture of yourself in professional business attire! It’s imperative that you create a connection with recruiters right off the bat.

Have a LinkedIn profile

Are you on LinkedIn? If you’re not or haven’t touched your profile in years, we recommend spending some time on this site ASAP. We live in the digital age, and recruiters want to guarantee that the candidates they choose to interact with are at the top of their field. Your LinkedIn profile allows you to showcase your skills, experiences, and interests in an easy-to-read and professional manner. Remember to have a neutral party look over your site before including a link on your resume. It’s always best to get a second opinion!

Prepare for your virtual interviews

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most of your interviews will take place virtually. Meaning you’ll have to put in a little more work to showcase yourself and why you would be the best pick for the position. Before your meeting, research the company in-depth, ensure that your computer is equipped to handle the interview software, and practice common interview questions. The goal is for you to highlight your professionalism and to appear confident throughout!

Always follow up

Even pre-pandemic, we always recommended that candidates follow up. Recruiters and management teams are meeting with many people daily. So, you want to make sure that you are someone that they can’t forget. Send an email expressing your gratitude for their time and how much you enjoyed meeting with them. Remember always to include the names of those you met with, something you took away from the interview, and how excited you are to hear back from them!

There you have it, graduates! You’re about to enter a new chapter in your life, and although it’s a bit frightening, it’s also extremely exciting! You’ve been building up to this moment for years. Don’t waste your potential because you’re feeling scared or overwhelmed. Instead, put our advice to good use! Our Richard Allen Inc team has been in your shoes and knows that the best path to success is outside your comfort zone. Now, stop scrolling through your Instagram feed reminiscing, and start creating your resume!

Inside the Promotion with Sabrina Silva

Richard Allen Inc. has a brand-new Assistant Manager! Our outstanding team member, Sabrina Silva, found herself in the middle of a promotion recently, a very well-deserved move for a hardworking entrepreneur. Silva started her journey with Richard Allen Inc. in September of 2019. As we celebrate her recent growth, we picked her brain a bit about her experience and outlook in her new position.

Let’s reflect on the start of your journey. Do you remember your early days at Richard Allen?

“It’s been an incredible journey; I started here almost two years ago. I started to look for opportunities to build a career in New York in April of 2019. Richard Allen Inc caught my attention with the corporate advancement opportunity that they offer, which was exactly what I was looking for. I still remember the excitement I felt receiving Marianne’s call, a fellow Brazilian woman who works with the company in the New Jersey office. She called to congratulate me and offer me the job. I was thrilled and eager to start; I knew it was a huge step in my professional life. The Richard Allen team was patient with me while I waited in Brazil for my US authorization. Finally, my visa was approved, and I was able to get to work. I vividly remember my first day; I arrived in the states on a Friday morning, and one of my teammates picked me up from the airport! The very next day, some of my teammates took me to a Yankees game to meet the rest of the team; it was such a warm welcome. As anyone who has worked in the sales industry knows, the job is a grind and can be difficult sometimes, but I have truly loved and embraced the entire experience. Since I started, I’ve had the opportunity to meet and work with so many incredible, motivated, and interesting people from a diverse set of backgrounds. These people have provided me with a lot of perspectives and set great examples for me to achieve success in a wide variety of situations and persevere through so many potential barriers that come up on the way to accomplishing a goal.”

How did you get promoted? What did you do to achieve that goal?

“Behind any promotion is a ton of hard work; it’s the key to opening that door and taking the next step. I trusted in the journey and the process and put the work in. This has been a crazy year for everyone, and the Richard Allen team was forced to think differently and adapt to an unfamiliar reality. However, this company is made of a great group of strong people, from the owner down to the newest hire. We pushed ourselves to step up our game and put ourselves out there. I was able to join some amazing online training sessions and other workshops that were productive and valuable to our growth. These activities provided us with so much knowledge, which helped me get promoted to Assistant Manager. Another thing that I believe helped me get promoted is my sense of manifestation. Every Sunday, I write down my goals. This pushes me to keep my eye on the prize and make the right moves during tough times. I love tracking my progress and evaluating my next steps.”

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

“Working at Richard Allen, we learn and develop tons of skills. The process of growth within the company is unique and challenging. Staying motivated and focused on what matters to you is important. For me, I love working for Richard Allen because it is rewarding to help a customer better operate his or her business through our services. I also take great pride in helping my team members find solutions in the field and achieve their goals. These things serve as my primary motivations for giving my best every workday. I always valued the fairness involved with the growth process at Richard Allen, where each person in the company has started in the same position to get wherever he or she is today. Currently, I am developing my skills related to balancing my sales and managing a team of people. Having meetings with other managers and owners has helped me significantly.”

What advice would you give to people hoping to get promoted in the business?

“Always take the time to learn from others, especially those who are more experienced than you or who are in a position you’d like to get to in the future. In turn, begin practicing and applying those tips and techniques in your own life and work. For example, I always look to my leader, Ben, for advice on handling a certain situation. He taught me how to move towards my goals, encouraging me to map them out and put in the work.”

How do you define success?

“Success can be defined in a lot of different ways, but I think it broadly covers two things; your happiness and your positive impact on others. First, I believe finding what makes you happy and using that to shape your goals helps keep you motivated. In turn, you need to back this motivation up with intelligent preparation and a fierce work ethic to achieve those goals. Finally, don’t be afraid to make mistakes or fail, but always face your mistakes and make sure to learn and grow from each one.”

“As Pele once said, ‘success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.'”

Sabrina Silva is many things; inspiring, motivated, driven, encouraging, and most of all, kind. These are the things we look for when promoting leaders and hiring entrepreneurs. We are thrilled to promote Sabrina Silva to Assistant Management, to reward her hard work, and set an example of what a Richard Allen Inc leader looks like.

Sticking to Your New Year’s Resolutions

The new year is in full swing, and our team at Richard Allen Inc is dedicated to taking our resolutions seriously and to make them last throughout the year!  Keeping up with your goals all year long can be tiresome and wear you down, but we know you will succeed for twelve months in 2021. Whether your resolutions include your health, your business, or your mental well-being, we have some tips to help you make them stick.

Set Reminders as Checkpoints

We recommend setting reminders on your phone or calendar quarterly to check-in on your resolutions.  Even if you have fallen off track, it is an opportunity to reassess your progress and do what you can to uphold your intentions for the year.  Remember, you can always come back to them at any point! With your resolutions, use these checkpoints to set deadlines that could up the ante!

Have an Accountability Partner

Your accountability partner does not have to have the same goals or intentions for 2021 as you, but they should be someone you can go to for encouragement and hold you accountable. An accountability partner is key to maintaining your resolutions in the new year! Set up a weekly call or pin them to the top of your phone messages to reach out to whenever you need a pick-me-up. Let us know who yours is in the comment section of this blog!

Stay Flexible

Don’t be so hard on yourself if you miss a day or deadline – stay flexible on your approach to your resolutions. There are many routes to succeed on the path to success, so make sure to consider your next step and how you can re-route. Some people might get discouraged if they are on a strict workout plan that is hard to keep up with or budgeting that is more stressful than stress-relieving, so keep some wiggle room and give yourself grace with your resolutions.

Be Intentional on How You Set Your Resolutions

Instead of saying you want to lose more weight, save $5,000, or read more books, consider the approach of making healthier food and exercise choices, reconsidering extravagant spending, and maintaining your growth mindset from other business people.  How you set your resolutions will help you stick to those resolutions. At Richard Allen Inc, we know that it’s not about making grand gestures and big waves but creating a lifestyle and habits that will stick past the year.

Treat Yourself!

As you work hard on sticking to your resolutions, treat yourself, and celebrate your progress!  You don’t have to be 100% done with a goal or intention to celebrate either.  If you’ve stayed focused on your goals with the end in sight, you deserve a pat on the back! Our one rule – make sure your celebration doesn’t interrupt your work ethic.

No matter what your resolutions are for 2021, we know you will be able to stick with them throughout the entire year. Stay on track with these tips, and let us know about your progress! Best wishes to a prosperous, fun, and healthy new year!

My Internship at Richard Allen Inc.

Dear Summer of COVID-19,

Thank you!

Not knowing what to do after my job at my local movie theater was cancelled due to the pandemic, I started to look towards my future a lot more. Given the opportunity at Richard Allen Inc., I was able to do just that! Despite being unsure how much I would be able to do this summer, this internship had taught me more about real life than any of my jobs before!

About Me 🙂

My name is Kaley Theodorous and this Summer of 2020 I was a Summer Human Resources Intern at Richard Allen Inc. I am an upcoming Junior at Pennsylvania State University Main Campus. I am majoring in General Science and have a Minor in New Media Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Coming out of my sophomore year, half of it being online, it made me consider so many different career paths, which lead me to Richard Allen Inc. Let me tell you, I did not know how to feel coming into this Summer. Remote learning really redefined school for me, and I did not know what to expect from a remote internship!

☞Lessons.

I was afraid of a lot of things…everyone is when starting a new opportunity! I was afraid of not knowing enough information about human resources and recruiting. However, the environment was nothing to be afraid of! My biggest take away from this experience, on top of all the amazing knowledge and skills I learned, was not being afraid to ask questions. I ALWAYS had questions ! Fortunately, Nataly or Natasha were ALWAYS happy to provide me with answers. The positive reinforcement and atmosphere is one I will strive to find in all of my future endeavors.

Recruiting ☏

From confirming interviews to setting up interviews, this internship definitely tested my speaking abilities on the phone. I was definitely anxious my first week of calling, but after only a few days, it became routine and I could have never imagined how confident I could become over the phone. Learning interpersonal skills is something, in this day and age, people are forgetting the importance of. This internship definitely improved my people skill 10 times over! You learn how to word things best and how to recover after being tongue tied (yes, it still happens)! This confidence is something I can use, even for future interviews, class presentations, and my career.

Social Media👥

One of my favorite parts of my internship was having the amazing opportunity to meet with CEO & Founder of Luna Brand Management , Christina England. She happily showed me some tips and tricks in excelling and getting more exposure for Richard Allen Inc.’s social media platforms! A learning experience I wouldn’t have imagined getting! I worked on updating and designing several platforms such as our YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest, etc.. Social Media is, and will be, such an important part of our lives, especially with the new wave of young people looking for jobs.

Take Aways

“In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.”

-Albert Einstein

During the pandemic, people all over the world’s job paths had to change due to restrictions from the virus. People lost jobs, or had to find a second job, and some people still remain unemployed. My biggest take away from this Summer was to keep having hope for your future! Not in a million years did I think I would have such a successful Summer and grow so much in my professional life.

Thank you, Richard Allen Inc. !

Kaley Theodorous (2020 Human Summer Human Resources Intern at Richard Allen Inc. )

Richard Allen Inc – Winners of the Q3 Campaign Cup

Attention, blog readers! Our team here at Richard Allen Inc has some exciting news to share. We are the recipients of our client’s 3rd quarter Campaign Cup, and overjoyed is an understatement to describe how we’re feeling! Receiving our trophy and placing it in our office for all to see brought us so much pride and was just what we needed before tackling our fourth-quarter goals. We know that you must have a couple of questions for us. What is the Campaign Cup? Was it an easy achievement? Where do you go from here? All of these will be answered today. Why? Because we believe that success should be celebrated and that knowledge should be shared.

Each quarter, our client bestows one of their national marketing/sales offices with the elusive Campaign Cup. This recipient has to place number one in sales, work with integrity and professionalism, and be a consistent pacesetter. In other words, this was not a popularity contest but one of hard work, strong will, and dedication. Receiving the Campaign Cup is not only an honor we take seriously but a physical form of motivation. It is a beacon of pride and a consistent reminder of what hard work can achieve. This is not the first time that our office has won, and you better believe that it will not be our last. Looking at that shiny trophy is all the boost we need to smash our goals in the fourth quarter.

Winning is always fun, but it is hardly ever easy. To win this past quarter, we had to step up our game. We reevaluated our systems, fueled our brains with daily meetings, books, and podcasts, and consistently encouraged one another. This was not a one-person achievement. It was the outcome of having a team that had a goal they refused to let out of their sights. We all understood that to win, we had to push ourselves out of our comfort zones and take risks. This was far from easy, but looking back, it was well worth the work. These past few months have shaped us into influential business leaders and has prepared us to make 2020 our best year yet!

Unfortunately, in the real world, you don’t get a trophy for participating. You get a trophy for winning! Our team here at Richard Allen Inc understands this concept better than most. There have been quarters where our best just wasn’t enough. We took these failures in stride and used them as motivation to improve. Now, look where we have landed! We currently have a beautiful Campaign Cup trophy shining brightly in our office. Our team feels encouraged and is mentally ready to tackle our goals!

Who knew that winning could feel this good?! We always knew that hard work eventually equals success, but the work that it takes to get there can sometimes feel like you’re running in place. This achievement has given us a mental boost, and we are now ready to take on the world, or at least the fourth quarter (haha)! Hopefully, our win has energized you and reminded you of why you are showing up to work each day. Remember, life is all about the journey! When you focus on the ride and not just the destination, your abundances will be bountiful.

Hayley Bracco Travels to the Sunshine State

No matter where she is located, the east coast or the west, our Client Account Manager, Hayley Bracco, is always at the top of her game. Recently, she was asked by our client to pilot a new campaign and train in San Francisco and to say that she knocked the ball out of the park would be an understatement. As one of our top performers here at Richard Allen Inc, we knew that she was the perfect candidate for this task. Hayley understands the needs of our clients, their customers, and our business! Today, we sat down with Hayley to learn a little more about her history with us and to get the inside scoop on how her trip went. Continue reading for all of the details!

Hey, Hayley! Can you describe your start with Richard Allen Inc, including your position and its responsibilities?

Hey! Absolutely. I was recruited by our amazing recruiting team, Natalie and Natasha. Richard Allen Inc was the first position that I interviewed for and I decided that the atmosphere was a great fit for me! I did not have any sales experience prior to working here and am thankful for the training that I was provided. Currently, I am a Client Account Manager. My main responsibilities include conducting second-round interviews, team building, retention, and development. I have also taken on various human resources responsibilities, as well as serving as a mentor and leader to others.

Thanks! Talk with us a little about your professional development within our company.

Like I said earlier, I started here with no experience in sales. I was just willing to learn new skills and understood the growth opportunities that were being offered. My starting position was as an Account Representative. I was able to reach a leadership role within my first week by listening and applying all of the training I was given. After this first promotion, I was able to slowly take on more responsibilities within the office, increase my production, and showcase my leadership abilities. Next, I was taught how to conduct interviews and how to train entry-level employees. Throughout this experience, I have been able to grow due to having a strong work ethic and constantly thinking about my growth!

Why were you chosen to work with our company’s newest client and flown out to San Francisco for training?

I was chosen because I demonstrated leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and was consistently exceeding production standards. From the start, I have been willing to learn from others and eager to take on more responsibilities.

What was the most memorable experience while you were out there?

The most memorable experience I had was the learning experience. San Francisco is a completely different market with a completely different client. It was an exciting experience to be able to have creative input and really help to make this campaign and market succeed. It was challenging to alter my pitch in order to fit our new client’s product; there was a lot of trial and error, but, in the end, I learned valuable skills and lessons. I feel like a stronger leader and can now say that I have some amazing memories with my colleagues in California!

What does working with a new client mean to Richard Allen Inc?

Working with a new client means that Richard Allen Inc is continuing to grow and expand. This is a new opportunity and a privilege for the entire company! It gives us reassurance that we are respected for our high integrity and our commitment to producing. Also, working with a new client creates new opportunities within our company. New clients give us the chance to promote team members and expand into different markets!

How do you plan on helping our company and our client grow?

I plan on helping our company and our client grow by working with integrity. I am going to continue to learn, develop my strengths, and strengthen my weaknesses. I will take responsibility and understand the control that I have over my opportunity. By maintaining these values, I will earn the right to interview and train others so that I can duplicate myself and build a strong team. This will allow Richard Allen Inc to be successful and for us to have the resources available to help our client expand into more markets across the country.

Hayley, thank you so much for your time. We appreciate you and look forward to seeing all that you accomplish over the upcoming months!
